Daryll Scott delivers outstanding corporate training and coaching through Use Your Noggin, which is born out of a playfully enacted desire to up the standard of what is available to businesses so that they may operate with more effectiveness and harmony.
Work is play to Daryll. His coaching style, which has its roots in years of business experience, has been described as 'an iron fist in a velvet glove'. It has been said that he sometimes leaves the velvet glove at home. Since I've known him, not only has the glove been off more often than not but sometimes that iron middle finger seems to be stuck up (in the nicest possible way!). This is always fine because as anybody who has ever worked with Daryll will tell you, there is something about his demeanour that lets you know his intention in doing so is always positive, as is the outcome.
