The Aim Beyond The Aim
This journey is about much more than me becoming a Premiership footballer, as much as this is what I am focusing my attention on for the next year. Playing at the highest level would be a dream come true for me but this journey is about more than that and about far more than me. Let me briefly outline my intention beyond the obvious.
If people truly can learn certain skills more quickly than they would normally, I think that they should know that they have the option to do so. If people can get more out of their bodies, in terms of a healthy existence and an enhanced physical potential, then I think that they should know they should have the option to do so.
I hope that the example that will be provided through the completion and documentation of this journey will direct a massive awareness towards to the methods that I have used. I know that the exemplars in those fields of endeavour are impeccable models and I hope that their examples can motivate you to go, discover and set off on a journey of mastery of these processes so that you can apply them for your own aims.
Through my whole-hearted commitment to my aim, may the methods and processes that you witness this year spread like wildfire, illuminating many of your dreams!
